BIS’ Admissions Policy is based on our Christian mission and philosophy where “No child is excluded from BIS on the basis of gender, race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities made available to the students of BIS.”
The BIS Christian education program is offered in English to students in grades 1-12. We provide a nurturing environment where teachers use the best teaching practices and methodologies to a balanced program that celebrates the various achievements of all students.
Prior to admissions, applicants must take written admissions tests and participate in an oral interview conducted in English in order to determine their level of English proficiency. Their previous academic history and their admission test results must indicate that they can achieve at a level necessary to be a successful BIS student. In addition applicants must meet BIS behavioral standards.
